하루(Haru Zen, 이하 "앱")는 하루를 돌아보는 조용한 기록 앱입니다. 앱에는 계정이 없고, 광고가 없으며, 광고 목적의 추적(트래킹)을 하지 않습니다. 가입을 위한 이름·연락처를 요구하지 않습니다. 이 문서는 무엇이 기기에 남고, 무엇이 언제 서버를 거치는지 설명합니다.
회고·짧은 대화·그림 같은 선택 기능을 사용할 때만, 필요한 최소한의 신호가 HTTPS로 암호화되어 당사 중계 서버를 거쳐 AI 제공사로 전달됩니다.
원문 처리 제한 — 동의는 제공사의 무보관 약정을 대신하지 않습니다. 메모 원문과 짧은 대화는 계정·모델별 학습 및 보관 조건을 확인해 허용한 제공사 경로에서만 AI로 전달합니다. 허용 경로가 없으면 원문을 AI 제공사에 보내지 않고 기본 회고 또는 제한된 대화 응답으로 처리합니다. 구조화 신호에도 제공사의 API 보관 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.

하루를 그림 한 폭으로 펼치는 기능을 사용하면, 그림은 서버에서 생성되어 기기로 전달하기 위해 추측할 수 없는 링크의 저장소에 보관됩니다. 링크를 아는 사람만 볼 수 있으며, 어디에도 공개 목록으로 노출되지 않습니다. 보관된 그림의 삭제를 원하시면 문의처로 요청해 주세요.
앱 안의 "의견 보내기"를 사용하면 선택한 답변, 직접 적은 의견, 앱 버전, 언어 설정만 전송됩니다. 일기 기록을 자동으로 첨부하지 않습니다. 직접 적는 의견에는 개인 정보를 넣지 않도록 유의해 주세요.
사용자가 동의하면 서비스 개선을 위한 최소한의 익명 카운트(예: 리마인더를 켠 사람 수)가 수집될 수 있습니다. 누구인지가 아니라 "몇 명인지"만 셉니다. 단기 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
힘든 순간의 감지는 기기 안에서 이루어지며, 이를 위해 추가로 전송되는 것은 없습니다. 감지 시 앱은 도움받을 수 있는 연락처(한국 109, 미국 988 등)를 안내할 뿐, 어떤 기관에도 자동으로 연락하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 출생연도 선택과 명시적인 연령 자기확인을 요구하지만 신분증으로 나이를 검증하지는 않습니다. 선택한 출생연도는 저장하거나 서버로 전송하지 않고, 확인 완료 여부와 정책 버전만 기기에 저장합니다. 만 18세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Haru Zen ("the App") is a quiet daily-reflection app. The App has no accounts, no ads, and no advertising tracking. We do not ask for a name or contact details to register. This document describes what stays on your device and what passes through a server, and when.
Only when you use optional features — a reflection, a short conversation, or a picture of your day — a minimal set of signals is sent over HTTPS through our relay server to an AI provider.
Limits on raw-text processing: Consent does not establish a provider’s no-retention agreement. Raw notes and short conversations reach an AI provider only through a permitted account/model route whose training and retention terms have been reviewed. Without a permitted route, raw text is not sent to an AI provider; a basic reflection or limited conversation response is used. Provider API retention policies may still apply to structured signals.

If you unfold your day into a picture, the image is generated server-side and stored at an unguessable link so it can be delivered to your device. Only someone with the link can view it; it is never listed publicly. To have a stored picture deleted, contact us below.
If you use "Send feedback" in the App, only your chosen answer, any comment you type, the app build, and your language setting are sent. The App does not automatically attach journal records. Please avoid including personal information in comments.
With your opt-in, we may count minimal anonymous events (for example, how many people turned the reminder on) to improve the service. We count how many — never who. Counts are kept briefly and expire automatically.
Detection of difficult moments happens on your device; nothing extra is transmitted for it. When detected, the App shows help resources (such as 988 in the US, 109 in Korea) — it never contacts anyone on your behalf.
The App is intended for people 18 and older. It requires a birth-year selection and explicit age self-confirmation, but does not verify age using identity documents. The selected birth year is neither saved nor sent to our server; only confirmation status and the policy version are stored on the device. The App is not directed at minors.
